Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM SAST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We ship nationwide across South Africa via reputable courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery — 3–5 business days | R80–R120
  • Express Delivery — 1–2 business days | R150–R200
  • Free Standard Shipping — on orders over R1,000

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Remote or outlying areas may require additional transit time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through our courier's tracking portal.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. JNS THEORY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will make up to two additional attempts. After three failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees will apply.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your support email]. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
